Costs to build with sustainable steel may be higher in the beginning, however, the exceptionally long life span and durability equate to a lower cost of maintenance and replacement over time.

As the world becomes more conscious of the far-reaching environmental impact of building materials, the use of steel is expected to increase. Commercial buildings and homes will be safer and more sustainable as steel construction becomes more common across a greater variety of markets.
